More than a sandwich
Food, culture and fun were present at the private cooking class, organized by Meet Me at Porto, last month. This gastronomic tour started with the purchase of the ingredients in the traditional market and continued with the discovery of the historic city center giving to know the curiosities, the monuments and picturesque alleys.
The “party” continued in a relaxed atmosphere on the other side of the river, where you have the best landscape of Oporto city, with the Chef Paulo Almeida from the fantastic restaurant O Bacalhoeiroteaching us the secrets to cook a delicious francesinha. Everyone worked hard to prepare the best francesinha and the result was a delicious and amusing dinner.
